I noticed shag carpeting and a faint smell of "herbs." I didn't notice any lookout in the conning tower. Seen at the Ocean Beach parking lot in SF yesterday evening.

I see plenty of those old Dodge compact vans, and even some Little Red Wagons, in the Bay Area. Rust is not much of a problem here.
