So I have a 2017 Volkswagen Passat 1.8 turbo with just 84374 miles runs excellent and I wanted to know if high saps was better for higher mileage or if mid and low saps were much better options for this. I live in sunny California the weather doesn’t get too hot or too cold
FS stands for full saps, MS stands for mid saps, LS stands for low saps, btw

What’s better tho full saps or mid or low saps?
If you don't burn significant quantities of oil, then I would go full SAPS personally. There is no functional difference though since they all end up meeting the same wear tests I believe in A3/B4 and C3 and the OEM derivatives.

I see what you mean I don’t think burn oil tbh since I started using amsoil and using the engine flush
