I can't seem to find anything in my search results. Can anyone enlighten me? Running AutoRX in a new to me car and previous owner just put this oil in the car.

No.
Unless I saw them do it, I never believe a previous owner who "just" put in fresh anything.
Since you're going to run some ARX, why not just pick the dino oil you'd like to use and get rid of the oil that's in there? That way you'll be sure - both about your question and about how fresh the oil is.

I bought the car from a friend. It's still clean on the dip stick, too. So I'm pretty sure about that part.
