Getting back to the OP’s video, it was interesting to see how the level in the pan was drawn down when the oil went into circulation.

Was the level right to start with? It looked low to me before the engine was ever started.

Judging from their comments they added more, but still suspected that some oil was been held up in the upper parts of the engine and they planned to do some work to clean the passages out.
