Interesting follow up to Nobel Prize

If you've been following, a Nobel Prize was awarded to three fellows who invented the blue LED. I spotted this interesting article in Product Design & Development about the fellow who invented the red LED.

Very interesting. Perhaps they should have awarded it to him at the same time.

He knows one of the winners, Nakamura. Wonder if Nakamura has acknowledged Holonyak's contribution
