Interesting find at Wal Mart

I wonder if ease of use had anything to do with this packaging, because boy would it make the job easier.

That price seems reasonable for synthetic gear oil, if I'm not mistaken. Valvoline's non-synthetic runs around $8-9 per quart, I think.
Compared to Mobil 1, it is.

But Supertech Synthetic 75W90 is $6.97/qt and Chevron's Delo 75w-90 synthetic is normally $7.49/qt at Autozone.

I think I've seen Super Tech marine gear oil in a bag like that several years ago... Almost bought it, then realized it was more expensive that the Quicksilver equiviant. The Quicksilver was in 1 qt bottle, the ST in at bag, but only 12 or 16 ozs. I haven't seen it lately, however.

When I had my Maxima 02 6 speed my mechanic had to pour in a funnel and a plastic tube and I was under the car holding the tube and when the time comes be ready to signal full tranny😁
It was Amsoil 75w90 GL4

This makes process easier for sure.

Depends on the pump you use, I like the one I use and most def not retiring it:

Have 3 SS’s - and did see the bags at AZ … probably two weeks after buying Valvoline in bottles … 🤷‍♂️
