I really wish VW would bring the Amarok to the US, at least in a cheapened-form. Sadly it probably won't happen, as VW doesn't seem to have spare capacity in the North American plants, and the chicken tax means it can't be imported without being insanely expensive. They're still extremely cool though, and I think the Maverick shows it would sell gangbusters, if priced right.
Interested in a VW Amarok? There is only one legally registered in the US, in Michigan.

I'm surprised they don't make the Amarok in Mexico, given how popular VW is there. Aren't they the top seller in Mexico?
