Installed a dash cam today

FITCAMX for my 2021 HiHy Platinum AWD

It’s pricey, but it’s a clean looking install. Comes with a wiring harness to tap into the mirror wiring (no add-a-fuse and tucking into the A-pillar needed). No GPS tracking to incriminate myself (compared to the Viofo A119 I had on my old car)

Nice setup! Is there a button to save events and how hard was it connecting to the mirror? I can imagine accessing the mirror plug might not be so easy on some vehicles.

No button to save events.

The mirror connector is behind the cover. Getting the new cover back on with the wiring, that takes some cussing.
