Didn't have any rice at home for this Indian food but did have french fries in the freezer. First time I've tried it poutine style.

Too lazy to do anything fancy, and there was a segment on DDD featuring an Indian joint earlier today.
There’s a place in the Bay Area called Curry Up Now that has Sexy Fries that are similar to that. Never had them.

I've made curry, and just to change things up, have served it over cubed hash browns instead of rice. Quite good!
There's a place here that advertises Butter Chicken Poutine, which would be amazing.
Poutine is a French-Canadian dish, gravy and cheese curds over fries. It's very popular here, and has won over many of us Anglos. A few years ago it was available at McDonald's.
Chili over fries, a specialty at Greek diners, is also great.
