Not quite as bad as when here in Ontario, they were training somebody on the emergency alert broadcast system (SMS) and accidentally sent out a live message that there had been an "event" at Pickering (which of course there hadn't been). This hit every cell phone in the province.

Yikes on above.

The issue was loudspeakers announced there was an issue with plant to close windows and seek shelter here. Unfortunately they waited around 2 hrs to say it a false alarm via loudspeakers and phone alerts. They also did not inform emergency services of nearby towns immediately.

A debacle in execution outside the false alarm.
