In good ole 120V watts, How many Watts in 10 KW

Haha 10,000. I think that’s a no, Dawg.

If it’s drawing over 83A that must be some cord.
That's what I was thinking. I have a smaller version that easily runs on the 120V/400w outlet in the Maverick. It draws a 185W AC

I never gave one of those wee fridges' wattage a thought before.
A teeny 800W generator must be able to power one along with a few LED lamps and a white plastic fan at a street fair crafts table

Those things are very inefficient and produce very little cooling. Possible use....put already cold beverages in it and take a road trip. It will keep them cold. Don't leave it plugged into your car overnight or the battery will die. In an office, could leave it plugged in all the time and it will cool down some drink given 24+ hours. They also make a little noise. They do not have a compressor.

A mini ice chest and some ice packs work way better than a peltier (thermoelectric) cooler. The specs on that unit say they only cool 26-28°F below ambient. That's secret code language for "tepid not cold."

It being a 12v appliance they had to have meant 10a as that's pretty much all the 12v socket can give.

Not even close to 10a on 12v, found this image in the reviews. All in all it may be worth 40 bucks.

I have found my small one to work quite well. Bringing home leftovers it works well. Starts the cooling process. One of our favorite days trips is about 100 miles away to a Amish Dutch Bakery and Deli. We have successfully brought home deli meat and the second half of the HUGE Dutch Deluxe sandwich. When we arrive in KC the meat and potato salad are nice and cold. We run it about the last 30 miles before we arrive and it stays cool if we don't open the door. Our shopping last 45 minutes or so. The truck cuts all power after 10 min. in Accessory mode.

That was one of my thoughts.
