While looking at FerrariChat tonight I saw this news notice of a new housing project near Maranello, Italy, Ferrari's Hometown.
I don't know how many Lira of Euros, they cost.

Yeah...But you have to work for Ferrari, to own one.
As far as the looks...I guess you gotta live there with the other perks involved and I don't think it's for upper- management, just the workers.
