IdeMitsu T-shirt,bag, pen-free customer service

A couple days ago I was perusing the internet for IdeMitsu oil and discovered a spelling error. I kindly sent an e-mail to customer service and received a quick reply. The rep stated that she would like to send me a T-shirt as a token of their appreciation. I sent her my address and size. Today to my surprise I received this via Fedex:

I thought it really nice. I sent Chevron an e-mail for a misspelling and they deflected blaming the seller blah blah. IdeMitsu rocks!

I know what my next oil change will be!

That's good Customer Service and PR.......other companies could learn a thing or two from them.
I picked up a good amount of Idemitsu 0w20 when AA cleared it out for under a buck a quart...I'll probably run it in my Focus or Escape which call for 5w20.
It's rumoured to be good oil.

I stocked up on 0W-20 during the AAP clearance. Idemitsu is very good oil.
