Iced coffee -- European style

A tall glass filled about 1/3 with strong, very lightly sweetened, chilled coffee, topped with vanilla ice-cream, topped with real whipped cream, lightly dusted with powdered cocoa and garnished with a candied cherry if you must. You'll need a straw and a spoon. Watch out for the brain freeze, or as I call it, "the ice pick*"

I just had one -- sans the cherry. My neighborhood is fruity enough.

* Ice-cream headache is easily avoided if you make sure no ice-cream touches the roof of your mouth.
