1999 Mercedes Benz CLK320

Developed an exhaust leak due to a failed clamp that rusted away. Rest of the exhaust is in OK shape.

Looks like both ends of the exhaust are flared after the clamp is slid into place, I can't find them sold separately anywhere. I am trying to see if a V band type flange would work here. Any ideas?

The only repair short of welding is using a pair of split flanges. https://www.autozone.com/emission-c...0ZrfP_TAu0LJVb0gpvxoCt_kQAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds There are a few different sizes based on pipe diameter. Install a flange on each side of the joint and then bolt the two flanges together

I think that V-band clamp would be perfect. Get a new seal that goes between the two tubes and wrap the v-band clamp over it and hammer on. They aren't cheap but they should serve your purpose.
