I tried Mobil Super Synthetic 5W20

One really can't compare Super Synthetic to Platinum.
It is more proper to compare regular Mobil-1 to Platinum. Super Synthetic is more an equal to Quaker State, Supertech, NAPA.....etc... which is one big-step, ladder-rung below Platinum. Mobil-1 EP is closer in alignment with Ultra Platinum.

I agree, I wasn't trying to compare, I just wanted to try something better.

Initially I thought the dealer was putting in Mobil 1 when in fact it was Mobil Super, needless to say I was disappointed.

After Walmart rolled back M1 EP 0w20 to $25 … not even looking at AFE regardless of OCI …
