I must be dumb as a stump... how do you search?

I tried to search and came up blank. I even searched "oil" and got nothing. What is the secret to the process?

The secret is google.

type in your search phrase in google search engine, and in addition type in this phrase:

site:bobistheoilguy.com


The internal search engine will not find anything if you only type in 3 characters, like "oil".

You're not dumb. BITOG search feature is the worst on the Internet. Use your search engine (Doesn't have to be Google) and use the same procedure outlined above.

Nope... multiple 3 letter words won't work either.

Nope...


Try this in Google, exactly as: mgb oil site:bobistheoilguy.com
This gets me 19 pages of results, so you may need to adjust the terms before the "site:bobistheoilguy.com" as desired until you get the results you want.

I've found that Google beats most Web-boards' internal search functions.

That's one crazy search function.(the forum one) glad it's not just me.

I use google and have great results. And yeah it makes no sense at all the way the forum search fails so badly.
