What do you miss on new cars that you liked on old cars??? My biggest miss is the horn ring. You didn't have to fumble around looking for some little button in a panic situation, you had a bit old horn ring.

Don't most new cars still allow you to just slam the center of the steering wheel for horn? Ours do.

As far as what I miss - a physical engine oil dipstick - seems to be less and less common.
