the wacker end, for grease. The screwdriver came out dry. I would have have never had thought to look until it came up in a thread here. The shaft turned OK before, but after a few pumps of chassis lube it smoothed out noticeably. Thanks
 
Go out and buy a screw in plug with a zerk fitting on it.

I did this on an my Echo SRM2400 when I bought it new and it still works like new with over a thousand hours on it. Probably several thousand.

That is a great idea ! The zerk is a visible reminder too. I wasn't even sure the 13 mm headed screw was a grease point. Thank you Sir.
