Soy contains plant estrogens. I've read several articles that claim the extra estrogen is not that good for men, as it can throw off your hormone balance if you eat a lot of it. Personally, I restrict my soy intake to things like hot and sour soup.quote:

About eating different meats and such, I'll try anything once. The only things I won't eat are squid and octopus. They're too rubbery. I've tried snail, which was perfectly prepared and tasted great, kangaroo, alligator and buffalo.
