Here's another one that I saw on the news today.
23 year old that was tased twice and died from a cardiac arrest. the mom received a 2.5 million dollar settlement from the city. The police department is denying any wrong doing. She is pursuing more legal avenues. The youtube video doesn't show the police video from their car that our local news showed today.
