Hurricane Rita's Havoc on LSU and surrounding area (pictures)

Our University lake system rose a lot. I didn't bring my camera last night so I missed the trees down and missed how high Baton Rouge Beach got.

The water closest to the road is usually a dry ditch:

This is a running/walking path... the picture below this one shows a fallen tree.

This is an apartment complex that didn't have a lake right up next to it...

This is the house that had the huge huge tree fall, blocking the road I was driving on last night.
