I paid $25 each for mine to be mounted. I ordered a set from Tire Rack, and had them delivered to one of their authorized installers. This fellow had some pretty impressive tire changing equipment! That Roadforce machine is the Cat's Meow!!

car dealers want too much - $30-40 a tire

My firestone/bridgestone dealer charges $12/wheel for balancing/rotation. Another local place that is pure discount dealer charges the same however they have messed it up twice. I had them redone at the bridgestone/firestone dealer and they found issues.

The operators need to be competent with the machine, the discount place employs young folks and constantly has a help wanted sign out. I imagine the training is not so good there.

some places do not charge less if they do not move the tire on the rim.

some charge seperately for balance then more if the road force is too high and they have to move the tire around to lower the road force
