I couldn’t help seeing the humour of having this business next to this government agency. I took the shot today. I hope everyone can see the humour in it.

Near the mid-town hospital complex in St Louis, MO
I don't have a picture but one corner of the HUGE hospital (NYU-Langone) building I had an operation in is home to a city morgue.
A local company that specializes in maintaining fueling facilities in named LEAK PETROLEUM EQUIPMENT.
A very respected, competent family owned business by-the-way.

I had the seat of my Mazda repaired at a local upholstery shop which was also a tanning salon.
For many, many years here there was a Weight Watchers and a Baskin Robbins next to each other in a plaza around here.

Makes me think back to my teens when a friend worked in his Dads restaurant. Marty was trying to unclog the service sink when the cook asked him to check with a customer as to his potato choice. Marty stepped into the dining room, plunger in hand and asked, "Sir do you want mashed potatoes?". Customer's expression was priceless!
many many years ago, my sister worked at a popular local burger chain...the local WW was across the street.....
every weds, like clockwork, after the weekly meeting, they would get a rush...one guy in particular would always get a Double with extra mayo....
For many years in the city I work there was a BBQ joint on the same lot as a crematorium. Never knew which one you were smelling.
Many hospitals are like that.
