My laptop has been waiting for this for months. I assume there are other upgrades behind it. Under Windows Upgrade it says "Win 10 level 2004 is on its way. When its ready for my device I will be notified."

So I just wait?

My laptop is not really anything too unique. It does have a SSD for main hard drive. But it was a stock laptop I bought a few years ago.

click start and type "Windows Update" open the update and look for Optional updates. You should see the latest 20H2 amd can start the install.

I think its still being held because of

Conexant

audio driver issues.

You will have to download and install the Conexant audio drivers manually from the HP website. The auto MS download does not work for some models of HP Elitebooks/Probooks.

Just an FYI; this is a consistent issue with all of my company's HP laptops and windows updates so the chances of it happening again are pretty high.
