I wouldn't worry about the flow specs (it's really the "flow vs dealt-p" curve) on an oil filter as much as the efficiency specs. Most filters contribute to only around 1/15 th of the total flow resistance in the oiling system ... the other 14/15 ths is due to the oiling system itself.

For years, people kept saying the Purolator PureOne was "too restrictive" because it's efficiency was 99.9% @ 20u. Then Purolator provided a flow vs delta-p of a PureOne and it only had about 4 PSI of delta-p with 10 GPM of flow (more flow than most passenger cars can provide) with hot oil flowing through it. Filters will of course have more delta-p with cold oil, so don't rev the engine high until the oil warms up ... that's just a good thing to do with any engine or filter.
