How would you rotate tires after a bad alignment?

Experimented with a lift on my Renegade - decided I didn’t like it and took it off. Got an alignment done at the dealer afterwards, but it had a rightward pull after. Took it back, and they had discovered since my first alignment their machine was off and they have recalibrated it, got the alignment fixed and now it’s perfect. I drove a week (about 200 miles) on the bad alignment. I figure I should rotate the tires to mitigate a bad wear pattern - attached are the alignment specs and the pattern I normally use (has a matching spare). Should I do something different given the alignment or just do a normal one? Thanks!

200 miles? I wouldn’t change a thing. Some argue for 5k, others 7.5k, still others for 10k or even no rotation. Its not a hard set number—I would rotate at the same you always did.

200 miles with that toe is very unlikely to have caused anything. I also really doubt it was “pulling”, just the steering wheel was off center. Those two things are completely unrelated. Changing front toe won’t fix a real pull.
