How to tighten ft. wheel adjuster mechanism on Husqvarna AWD push lawnmower

I’m hoping this is as simple as just putting the snap ring back that seems to have fallen off somewhere.

Is it that simple or do I need a whole new front transmission axle assembly? The wheel adjuster mechanism that holds the wheel is loose. Pretty sure that snap ring goes back to hold everything tight I think ?

Feeling a little rusty on this one lol, I have never had to work on this mower. Just air filter spark plug oil changes and I lubricate things sometimes. The all wheel drive system works beautifully and it has power for any lawn or height.

I’m definitely fixing it even if it needs a new transmission axle I love this mower lol.

no problem the snap ring just goes in at the base and kind of holds everything together went outside tackled it and that ring was reusable I just snapped it back in and now it’s acceptable tight.

Love easy fixes I overthought this one completely.
