Anyone know a good way to pump oil out of an engine rather than using the drain plug. Need to know for boats and heavy equipment that have hard to get to drain plugs.

Thanks!

I think most would use an oil siphon pump. This place has some interesting ones. Some are hand pumped. Some appear to be gravity siphons. The most interesting one is the motorized one that is powered with an alligator clip connection to a 12V battery.

If you get an extractor like the 'Pela' you can use it for PSP, AT, BF and more. I use the small 2.6 qt pump to extract and refresh these fluids in my vehicles. 40 dollars delivered from Wholesale Marine.
