Drive the car enough to get the oil warm. Put up on ramps. Remove drain plug. Remove the oil filter. Let drain for as long as you feel like it. Wash the windows, check the tire pressure and whatever else you can think of to let the maximum amount of old oil drain out. Replace drain plug. Install new oil filter. Put in the new oil. Ta da!
