If you pull the fuse you will probably lose the radio presets and the clock setting. It is easier to look in the trunk and remove the liner covering the inside of the trunk on the side where the antenna is mounted. Turn on the radio first so the antenna will be up and the radio will still work, leave the radio on and then unplug the 3-pin connector that supplies power to the antenna. That way it will be up all the time like a manual antenna but the motor will not be able to make any noise.
