Yes they have some cool bikes....... I wish the US would start a more warm fuzzy acceptance of bikes in our society. It would be a lot more enjoyable if that were the case. Heck I'm scared to ride by myself let alone with family or kids........ More bike paths and other improvements even for walking are needed. Is it just me or does anyone else notice that roads and sidewalks are a lot of times not designed by engineers to be user friendly? Even business parking lots/landscaping leave a lot to be desired for walking purposes......... Makes me think sometimes the engineers are thinking only of cars when they design things.

^ They are. Commuting to class a few days per week via bike makes me painfully aware of how car-centric the roads are. Inadequate, poorly-kept bike lanes, no shoulders, choke points galore, etc. At least a steel road bike can trigger induction loops at stoplights. And the drivers, some are nice and most make me glad for having good blinkies and a canary-yellow jersey.
