How often should I change the oil and filter on a 2012 Ford turbo diesel territory?!

Australian car BTW.
2,7liter turbo diesel.
Using Penrite oil ATM and standard driving with a little towing (about 10%).

Its been 3 months since I first changed it, and 8000kms (5000 miles).
I change the filter at the same time.

Yep, around 7500km is a good interval with quality oil and filter.

I've got the same engine in my Land Rover Discovery. The oil will easily do 20,000km and still be fine, I get the oil analysed at each oil change so I have confidence that I can push the oil change out when touring if needed
