How often do you guys run your small engines???

I think I used green Stabil and it didn't seem to do anything, so I no longer bother.
WRT either, used with discretion it works just fine.
Never had any sort of mechanical problem with any engine I've used in on.
A little whiff in the spring is all any engine needs if it's reluctant to wake up.
I have little doubt that a strong dose could cause problems, which is why I don't OD any engine on it.

How so??? You leaving it out side or blasting it with the water hose between cuttings???

Now days there are no points to corrode, just a sealed coil with a few solid state components that are oblivious to temp/humidity changes... Assuming the boot on the spark plug wire is good, it's sealed as well...

The condensation/water is caused by ethanols incredible attraction to it. From what I've read, the ethanol blended into gas (e85-e15) will have completely broken down (bonded with hydrogen) and be water within months if left in contact with fresh air. This is why leaving a tank anything but completely full is not a good idea.

I found no benefit from red stabil so I switched to the yellowish ethenol specific product. Have had no issues since. I believe marine is the same as this but more concentrated. But that's just my guess.

I don't start them during storage. I treat all my OPE gas with SeaFoam so I don't fog before storage and store them wet. Change the oil while the engine's still hot after the first mow in the spring.
