How often do you change your drain bolt washer?

I always intend to do it, but always forget so then while I’m changing the oil I think “next time I’ll change the plug and the washer”. Then it repeats…
Some cars have a crush washer which I would replace every time. But some cars (such as GMs) with an integrated hard rubber or plastic washer/gasket usually never need replacing. I've gone 300K+ miles on them without replacement or leaking.
Every time I remove it
Crush washer type = replace each oil change. Ford Flex has a rubber O-ring built into the drain plug, still on the original after 13 years.
Top side suction means lifetime washer.
Mine is a simple metal washer. I just flip it around every time I change oil. No leaky..
Less than ever since I use the MityVac most of the time.

Never. I have Fumoto valves on all my cars.
