Horsepower in Various Modes

I have a '19 Crosstrek and recently purchased a cheap $15 OBDII unit and an app "Dash Commander" for my I phone
Interesting:

Idling...3 HP
Light acceleration 20 to 30 HP
Normal Acceleration $55 ish HP
Crusing @40 mph 11HP
Flat out 5950 rpm Car hot outside temp 141 HP
Flat out "cool" engine, outside temp 55 169 HP

My Forester was a couple HP more. Except Max HP on a cool day with cool engine was 268 HP (listed at 250 HP)

On a very very slow (and trying to get food mileage...AVERAGE HP was 10

A few years back I think it was car and driver drove a Bugatti Veyron. It has a horsepower meter in the dash. At 55 mph it was only using 35 or 40 horsepower. It takes the full 1001 horsepower to go the full 253 mph.
