After saying they would no longer make the LX trim because they made more money on higher trims, Honda is re-introducing the LX trim for CR-v and Civic. They sight "unprecedented Demand".

Honda Canada was already having LX models introduced so its going to be an easy and smooth transition to the US market

However in my case, I wont be buying another Honda product anytime soon, so I'm indifferent to this news

I do not want to pay an extra $1500 or who knows how much for a moonroof, regardless of what vehicle it is. I've bought Honda LX models in the past. I'm not in the market but if/when I am this would at least give me a Honda option to consider.

LX is the best trim.

No need for sunroof, leather or fancy big wheels with low profile tires on a Civic econobox.

Neither LX version is listed yet on Honda's consumer site yet..

A LX Hatchback would be nice.
