I just did the plugs on our 150k CRV. It has run on 500:1 2C since I pulled and clean the plugs 30k ago. Plain NGK v-Power installed at 90k. They wore out to .055 from .044 after re-gap. Time to replace. Used NGK again, Iridium-IV and it runs nice and smooth. So, the plugs look clean and worn, just a hit of grey ash. Highway trips and the 2C oil, like I mentioned. Some people think the 2C will foul plugs or whatever. I still use it.

Those plugs look a lot whiter than the same plugs in my Integra (B18 instead of B20, 0.2L smaller but otherwise identical). You probably should go back to regular 4C oil instead. This much ash will probably poison your cat prematurely.

The pics look whiter than they are. Look at #3 for the most typical plug. I shined a 1m halogen on them for the pic.

Plug insulators run very hot nowadays to burn off the tough deposits of m9dern fuels. They'll burn off most anything. Look at the piston top or ring at the thread end of the plug to look for excess oil. BTW, I use TCW3 or Mo in my fuel almost always. It's just that the insulator does not tell the story.
