honda filters have oil film?

My Honda Fit has oil on the intake side of the OEM filter. I just noticed this after 9K miles (don't know if it was there before)

Anyone know if the Honda OEM filter in the Fit (or other Honda vehicles) has an oiled filter?

If not, could something be wrong with my vehicle?

My '04 S2000 cone air filter is oiled on the outside when I had the car delivered.

The OEM Filtec air filter in my '08 Civic is lightly oiled as well.

Same here for both Hondas, 2007 Civic and 2006 Accord.

my acura's was as well...preludes got a sri on it now so I don't know about it.
