Honda f12x watercraft oil

Currently use amsoil, but almost 10 bucks a quart for 10w40 for motorcyle oil is ----.


Any good alternatives?

A very nice ski. With a turbo charger I would want all the protection I could get as skis get run pretty hard most of the time. I use Mobil V twin for my R12, but I can't say it is better than the Amsoil choice.

Amsoil WCF 10W-40 is $6.60 PC and $8.30 MSRP.

bump, anyone using a diesel oil in their 4 stroke pwcs? Otherwise, I think mobil 1 15w50 from walmart(20 bucks for 5 qts) is going to be the replacement.

I run diesel oil in my r-12x. Changed the facory fill to Rotella Synthetic at 10 hours last season, ran it to 50 hours, then put Delo 15w40 in before winter storage. Have ~20 hours on that fill now and no issues so far.
