Removed the factory A02 @ 2,016 miles for the first OCI on our 2022 Odyssey. Seeing all the shavings, some pretty large, makes me wish I swapped the oil and filter earlier.

That looks like a lot of debris, but the filter caught them, so they really weren't going anywhere. No harm IMO.
Does one of the reason some folks dump the original fill at 1000 miles or something like that!
I have a thread on here of the factory filter for my 2020 Civic K20, mine had the 15400-RTA-003 filter from factory, cut open with 21k miles on it and it looked really good. I currently have an A02 with 8.5k miles on it on now, not sure if I'll change it at 10k or do the A/B as I did with the factory filter and see how it is at 20k miles.
Meant to but life kept happening. 2k miles was the soonest I was able.
