Have them on my Glock 43X/19.

No way I could go back.

Holosun is my preferred 'red' dot sight brand (I use their green variants). Fantastic combination of function, features and price. The newer solar-powered SCS I bought for my Glock 17 MOS is **** near perfect and looks like a factory part.

I've had four Holosuns at this point (and a few others from different companies). Reflex sights in general are indispensable for an older guy like me with astigmatism.

Seems kind of against the point of a 43.

I’d like one on a 17 if I could remove it easily and re-zero.

What is the problem for a 43?
Why remove it for the 17?
43 is meant to be small. The addition of the optic increases dimensions.

I like shooting with iron sights. So total removal is desirable to me personally.

99% of people like me carry it in a holster. Holster is strong side waste. Holster is not modified.

At your age there is no way you see the sights AND the target perfectly clear.

I sighted it in last night and at 50 feet the group was 2" max.

With a bit of practice, RMRs take CCW to another level..

Just my opinion. I will never go back except with my LCP
