So I disconnect the battery and after I reconnect now the climate control is stuck on 75...everything else working but the temperature read out won't adjust..any ideas?
Try disconnecting the battery again. It could be that when you reconnected the battery you didn't get the terminal directly onto the post and it spiked.
Check the fuses. Disconnect it again and let it sit for a while before repowering. If no luck, grovel to the dealer. (We assume you have looked in the manual)
