Looks like it says 4t-lm67049avi. Can’t find anything on Google without the p/n being partially different.

I got at least 2 hits on ebay, seems european?, look at boxes and such see which pre/suffixes are so important....

not sure it’s the same... but 67049 may be the size/detail you need..

Looks like ball bearings to me, can you confirm?

Where did the bearing come from? According to google and eBay this looks like a taper roller bearing. If it matches ID, OD and width, it should be good.

I wouldn't be so sure. The bearing has grease in it, and I've never seen such a cage in a ball bearing. I'll wait for the OP to report back.

That's half of a tapered roller bearing, which were commonly used on free-rolling wheels such as the non-drive wheels of a 2WD car, or the wheels of a trailer. Most newer car designs have converted to other types of bearings, but these are still on trailers.

The rollers roll in the outer race, another part not shown which should be replaced as a set rather than mixing brands. The bearing and race may or may not be sold together. They are of standard sizes, the big concern is if it is from the inch or metric series. Any competent parts counter person should be able to measure the bearing and identify the replacement.

There are likely other applications, but here's what I have:

Ford Escort 84-90 Timken LM67049A Manual Transmission Input Shaft Bearing

That’s a tapered roller bearing in the photo. 100%.

whats the application it was used it in?
