Honda uses similar ones but they use round bases and the bare wires are exposed on the back side. That's just a "condom" on the one and you can often pull it off and re-use it on the new bulb. They come in different sizes (T-1, T-2, etc), different voltages, and so on. It might get you in the right direction...
What's this interior switch from?
oh oops. this is from a 1997 nissan 240sx. hazard/defrost button bulbs. still need replacements.
