Havoline Synthetic For .95/qt.? Am I Drunk?

Am I missing something?

I know the photo shows a blend bottle but look at the header.

Buy four cases online, pick up in store... what can they say even if this is a mistake?

For that price, I'd switch both my vehicles over to Havoline synthetic blend in a heartbeat.

I'm not sure you'd get synthetic at that price as cleary the picture shows otherwise.. But you can't touch even supertech dino for that price.

Nice find-- though website shows it as unavailable.. Makes me wonder if it will ever be available.

Maybe a closeout? Everyone seems to be ditching Havoline synth.

they will honor the price at the store when purchased online. i did it with some other stuff a while back, it may be a mistake or may be a closeout but either way the price will be honored. theres none available at my local stores or i'd snap it up too.

I've never seen Havoline Syn or semi-syn at any place other than Big Lots.

What happens if they honor that price of 95 cents, but they don't have any of that oil in stock ??


Last year AAP had both Havoline Syn Blend and Havoline HM for 49 cents.....but it was first come first served.

It may be the "full" synthetic- just below it in the 10w30 synthetic motor oil list is Hav syn blend, with a different item #. Seems like a possibility anyway.

I'd like to get some of this, plus a case or three of the Chevron Delo 15w40 in qts for the new lawn tractor- but my local AA has no Delo qts, ck'd on Sat. Betcha they have no Hav syn either.

The website also lists several other oils for $.95/qt- Pennzoil Truck & SUV in 5 & 10w30(pic of gold bottle), for example.

How does buying online work with Adv Auto? If they ship it from another store, mebbe cross-country, to the "local" store, do they still charge full shipping charges?

You're so right! I just tried placing an order, ran it up to over $50- zip, nada, not available at any store or warehouse nationwide. I shoulda known- I sometimes get good to great deals on other stuff, but *never* any of this sub-$1/qt motor oil!

Guess I'll go back to Plan A for oil for the new lawn tractor- straight 30 weight dino plus a little SLOB, & maybe buy a few qts of Havoline Synthetic 10w30 at Big Lots for $3/qt.
