Has anyone used this type of 12v oil extractor?

I have a similar one, that uses an air compressor. Thing will suck out every drop of oil, and heck of a lot less messy than popping the drain plug.
The powered extractors are great, but I toss the MityVac in the Tundra and take it to friends houses for quick services. So easy!

How big a deal is it to drain via drain plug. Or Fumoto valve or Valvomax valve? Common to pump boat engine as you often have no choice. But does leave a little dirty oil. Given the choice in a normal car engine I would use the drain plug.
I did an oil change yesterday on a Porsche cayenne. It took me over 2 hrs to get access to the drain plug with the car on a lift and power tools. Total time was a little over 4 hrs. I wont ever do that again. I will suck it out the top. It's actually designed to be done that way.

I've used both a cheap Pela type vacuum extractor and an cheap £12 electric pump. The electric pump wins hands down for me with the ability to pump the oil straight into the waste oil container leaving less things to clean up. Perhaps a big expensive Mityvac works well but they are an order of magnitude more expensive.

Works far better than it has any right too.

Has anyone used this one multiple times with success without it burning up? Will be using it on a Land Rover P400 engine.

I have a similar pup that works great on some of my transmissions. Just suction it out and refill with the same amount.
After I had shoulder surgery I used it to do an oil change on a grand caravan so as to not have to try and crawl up under the van. It pretty much got as much out as draining through the oil pan plug.
