i keep seeing ads for these. Has anyone tried them and if so, what were your results?

My girlfriend started using one a few months ago and she swears that she is getting a more restful sleep ever since.
Looks like if it's doing anything it's the placebo effect.

I would not want to be laying on anything connected to my homes ground circuit. A lightning strike coming in the house wiring might not be good for you in that setting.
