Are you talking about the single action Colt 45 or the 1911? I have shot both. A guy had a single action .45 that blew up while he was shooting it. Fortunately he was not injured and neither was I. I was there when it happened. And I know of a 1911 .45 that blew up too.

I like both the single action .45 and the 1911. I would not mind having a 1911 but right now I have a Glock .40 and a M&P S&W 9mm.

Actually, neither. My name is Colton and I was using the alias Onmo'Eegusee. On another forum they started calling me Colt45. I think more in reference to the drink than anything. I bought the web address Colt45.ws which is where the ws comes from. So I changed over all my names to Colt45ws.
