Hi-anyone use a hand held GPS-for hiking, horseback riding, geocaching, etc? We've used a Garmin 10 for some years but are looking to "upgrade" and wonder which ones others may have found useful. Thanks, Bill

Have out checked out any phone app? Seems that's what most are using now for driving. Probably near worthless if way off road but may load with maps before loosing cell tower as I have to do for drones.

Hi-did not check phone app as we ride horses well off beaten track. I like the garmin's ability to document trails so we can take them again until we learn them. Thanks. Bill

Just three weeks ago, three men on camels followed the brightest star, safely to their destination.

Orux Maps on my phone/tablet. You can make your own maps, download road maps or maps that other users have made, etc.
